Bob is a fly fishing fool who haunts the saltwaters surrounding Long
Island and travels to the family property on the Delaware River to
challenge its majestic rainbows. Bob's designs are heavily influenced by
masters like Bill Catherwood and also personal observations based on years
of collecting specimens; consequently, many of his flies combine modern
synthetics with stacking and packing deer body hair. He enjoys writing
for various flyfishing publications and giving seminars and presentations
at flyfishing shows as well as for clubs. When Bob is not tossing flies
to fish, he is blessed to have a lovely wife, two fly fishing sons and a
career as a mathematics teacher and coach.
