Head: All deer body hair: Light olive over white. A red gill is added
Eyes: Decal 2mm - 3mm (Silver)

Notes:

Like most successful saltwater flies, the Silversides Muddler is very effective in freshwater. It can catch bass or trout, but it was designed to mimc the general coloration, posture and motion of the natural. I've spent many summer nights fishing swimming only this fly while catching schoolie bass.

Tying hint #1: Flash is tied in like anyother tail material.. BEFORE tying in EP Fibers or angel hair, mix them by shuffling and mixing together until the flash is interspersed with the EP Fibers. Each layer is of the blended synthetics.
Tying hint #2: To make the eyes last, trim an eye socket and fill the socket with GOOP. Then stick on the eyes.
