Tail (in order of assembly):
Red saddle hackle slightly longer than support hackle Cantaloupe saddle hackle (all the following saddle hackle tied about 5 1/2" - 6" long)
Black saddle hackle/gold flash (2 strands typical)
Yellow saddle hackle
Yellow saddle hackle/black flash
Yellow saddle hackle/red flash
Black saddle hackle
Brown Grizzly saddle hackle/copper flash
Yellow saddle hackle/blue flash
Red saddle hackle/gold flash
Blue saddle hackle/blue flash
Collar: Black bucktail 2/3 around tied fairly full Natural, followed by Guinea Fowl folded and wrapped several turns, pulled down and tied off as throat assembly
Topping (in order of assembly):
Peacock herl (6-7 strands)
Count 30 - 35 natural brown bucktail from the top of a natural white bucktail and tie in on top of herl
Brown Grizzly saddle hackle (4 1/2" - 5" long)
Golden Pheasant crest
Cheek/eye: Jungle Cock eye veiled with Kingfisher feather
Note: Red, Yellow and Blue are primary colors (bright)
