Collar:	Black bucktail 2/3 around tied fairly full Natural, followed by Guinea Fowl folded and wrapped several turns, pulled down and tied off as throat assembly
Topping (in order of assembly):	Peacock herl (6-7 strands) Count 30 - 35 natural brown bucktail from the top of a natural white bucktail and tie in on top of herl Brown Grizzly saddle hackle (4 1/2" - 5" long) Golden Pheasant crest
