| Hook: | Mustad 34007 up to 4/0 |
| Thread: | White Danville Flymaster Plus |
| Weed guard: | 22# hard Mason mono or none |
| Tail: | 6 - 8 strands of pearl Flashabou doubled over the thread and then tied down |
| Body: | very short body of flat pearl braid, or white braid |
| Wing: | 6 white hackles each side, concave side inward, narrow profile |
| Head: | White deer hair spun in a collar, leave the tips to cover the hackle; front section red deer hair, spun and clipped to shape; rounded head with a profile like a Mirror Lure |
| Eyes: | Pearl holographic stick on eyes, glued with Goop or epoxy; 5/16 inch |
