Polish Woven Nymph ( Caddis Larva )

Hook: Curved caddis hook, TMC 2487 or comparable, sizes 10-18
Thread: Black 8/0
Weight: Fine lead wire
Body: Embroidery floss, woven using the Mossback weave, with the hook upside down. Typically colored lighter on the bottom of the hook, darker on the back. Various color schemes, green/cream or brown/tan typical.
Legs: Rabbit fur, tied in as beard with hook upside down

Note: Fly can be ribbed with various materials, mono, copper wire, etc.
