Emu Emerger
Note: Another what can I do with Emu feathers fly. Tail is Emu hackle barbs. Tie in Emu feather by the tip and wrap forward. When you wrap it down make sure the hackle is slanted toward the rear. Then take your scissors and start trimming leaving just the "emerging" wing on top.
