Notes:
From the book "Effective Lake Flies" by Mike Andreasen and Allan Ryther. I've found this to be a very effective trout fly, both in lakes and streams.

| Hook: | Any streamer#4-12 |
| Bead: | Gold bead |
| Thread: | Uni 8/0. Red or fluorescent orange |
| Tail: | Rabbit dyed rust or root beer |
| Flash: | One strand of Crystal Flash (gold or copper) on each side of the tail |
| Body: | Canadian Brown Seal (CBS) dubbing. Rib: Uni mylar, Fine oval gold |
