| Hook: | Any curved shank Example is on a size 8 Partridge |
| Thread: | Fine tan |
| Shellback: | Nymph Skin (Or any stretchy shell back material) Tied in forward behind the eye, whip finish and remove the thread. Fix in place with the rib. |
| Head: | 4mm bead slipped over the tying of the shell back |
| Thorax cover: | Nymph Skin |
| Rib: | Wire, colour to suit |
| Body: | Seals fur. The back section mixed colours to give a kind of olive, Hot Spot Pink, then a dark section to set off the hot spot |
