Abdomen: |
Wrap copper wire and pheasant tail barbs twisted together and wrap just ½ way on shank |
Wing case: |
Pheasant tail barbs (7 or 8) |
Thorax: |
Underbody 2 or 3 layers of copper wire. Overbody 3 or 4 strands of peacock herl twisted and wrapped to behind eye. Bring pheasant tail barbs over top of abdomen; tie down behind eye to make wing case. Pull 3 barb back and to the side on each side for legs. |
