I live on the Wirral Peninsula, a small spit of land between the River Mersey and River Dee.
I started fly fishing 5 years ago, first small stillwaters then 3 years ago I found my Nirvana, the River Dee in Wales. I was lucky enough to be taken under the wing of Gwilym Hughes and Iwan Lewis both Welsh International Fly anglers, with help from my mentors I started to catch a few fish.
I have been dressing flies in 2004; another 20 years and I may start to get the hang of it.
