I was born in 1969 and I live in the heart of Liptov in the town Ružomberok in Slovakia, a town I represent in my competition flyfishing. I like flyfishing on rivers with a short nymph and on lakes with midges.
I began with tying 25 years ago. My favourite places for
fishing are Bešeňová and Liptovská Mara as lakes and rivers which are my favourite are Váh and Revúca which flow through Ružomberok. Sometimes I go there with my little son to teach him this amazing art.
For some time I tie flies not only for competitors of 1st. and 2nd. league but I work also with the Slovakian team for which I have tied flies for the World Championship in Finland. Because of that I decided to show you some of my flies. Much more you can see on my website www.mfpdflies.wz.cz .
