Born and raised in Southeastern Pennslyvania near several limestone spring creeks. Been tying for 43 years, self taught but have an extensive library of patterns, fly tying & techniques, history and fly fishing. I've been teaching fly tying and fly fishing for several years and do an ocational tying demonstration when asked. I tied last year at the tier's rendevouz in Roscoe, NY and have flies in the "Flies of The New Millenium" book just out , published by Amato. I'm a hatch matcher and tie from insect samples brought back to my bench. I may go into streamer fishing & tying sometime later but I'm still trying to get matching the hatch fishing & tying perfected. I pretty much tie fishing flies , nothing fancy.
